Great chair for a low price, used for about two weeks now all is ok. No lever to recline chair which I was a bit worried about - but it easily reclines just pops back into upright position with no effort.

Excellent value for money look good - comfortable and ideal for our sunroom. Ordering and availability excellent delivery however very disappointing- couldn’t contact anyone - sent emails - no response - went up to local depot - no one available - an email came to say that “sorry we missed you - no one at home” and enclosed photograph of our house!!! We were at home - no one rang bell, there was a notice directly under the bell to say we were in the back garden to call there - a bell is on that gate also but apart from that we have a dog, who hears the grass grow and he never alerted us No card was left - the photograph showed mainly our neighbours house they were on holiday- eventually we received an email advising they would be delivered the following day - which they were but we were told that the reason for the non delivery was that the goods were not in the van but still in the depot!!!!! -
