The chair was great for 4 months and then the gas strut went, customer services were amazing and replaced the chair but then the same issue came back with the second chair and now I have a different chair.

Very good lumber support and a very comfortable chair
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This office chair is comfortable, stable, and well-built. The reclining feature works really well and makes it easy to relax or adjust to a comfortable working position. Overall, it’s a great purchase and offers excellent value for the price.

Bought as an early birthday gift for my partner to replace his old, falling apart chair. Very easy to put together with simple, step-by-step instructions, and very comfortable!
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
The chair is very comfortable, compact, easy to assemble; only some issue with one armrest stitching is not very reassuring for the future.
