Nice compact chair. Very comfortable and great price. Would recommend. Unfortunately had a slight problem with the chair, Wayfair and the manufacturer sent a replacement quickly. Impressed how quick.

Terrible initial service. Continual confusion within Wayfair between "Lainey" and "Piamafua" brand names despite the fact that there were distinct product differences. Our order, payment and delivery notes seemed to use either name without distinction. Then the delivered packing cases told us we were receiving "Windsor" chairs! And all came a week later than promised with little explanation and no apology from Wayfair, although the delivery company staff did attempt to mollify. We did in fact end up with the right product (we think!) and all seems OK so far.
