Arrived in a crate that the delivery men said was not their job to open. Needed a saw and a lot of sweat and tears to get it out. Should perhaps warn of this on the website, as had ordered ready assembled for ease and website said delivered to room of choice so I thought it would be easy. Don’t think an elderly person could have done it on their own.

Very poor business attitude in reply to complaint over an attempt by Wayfair to try it on with a bits and pieces product. There is no zero or negative indicative possible, so 1 star is given. I certainly will not use again. My advice: steer clear of Wayfair.
