Arrived in a crate that the delivery men said was not their job to open. Needed a saw and a lot of sweat and tears to get it out. Should perhaps warn of this on the website, as had ordered ready assembled for ease and website said delivered to room of choice so I thought it would be easy. Don’t think an elderly person could have done it on their own.
