Didn’t even need to extract fully from the box to know it was badly smashed. Using the app to report damage was problematic as keeps saying error and come back later. Tried the bot chat which got the problem reported but as yet no response or resolution. This is not the experience I was expecting as previously been very good. Wayfair if you are reading this please get in touch asap thanks

Yes the product is so far good. Excellent delivery services from the delivery mens Yaw and raymond, very good manner, took ot down to where exactly I wanted the chester draws to go.

This Tallboy is lovely to look at and is good for a small place as, being mirrored, it will reflect things. Thus making a room seem larger. Works. Honest. Only thing is. This is just so heavy! Takes 2 people to stand it upright when empty. It is made of solid wood with glass stuck on, so very heavy when empty. Make sure you position it correctly in room before filling.
