Extremely disappointed with this armchair. It arrived with a hole in the fabric and visible stains.I paid for delivery and expected a brand-new product, but it arrived damaged and dirty. The quality control is unacceptable. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

This is a beautiful chair. It’s soft, comfortable and a lovely shape. Unfortunately ours came with some bits missing and some slight damage due to the way it had been packaged. Wayfair dealt with this quickly though and the customer service was excellent.
