Great chairs, look as described and easy to assemble!

I bought this as an “open box” discount. There were no assembly instructions. Some of the hardware was missing, making it impossible to assemble both chairs. The picture shows only two large screws (four are needed) Please send the missing hardware as soon as possible.

I like these chairs , they are very comfy, and natural color is really natural. However if you don't have a handyman at home, you will struggle. As other mentioned you do need additional tools to assemble it. Also I have ordered 4 chairs total and each package , had one chair that had a broken wooden dowel piece. Again, with the handyman home we were able to fix it but it was not easy. Wayfair provide 20% discount for each broken chair. We rather do that then ship back these huge boxes. The chairs are very well packed so it must be something that they do wrong during the packing. Again overall nice and comfortable wooden chairs. I would buy it again.

These chairs are terrible quality for the money. They aren’t manufactured correctly. They wobble because the legs are about a half inch off. Not level at all. It’s consistent throughout all of the chairs we assembled. I live in Alaska and paid $322 in shipping to be very disappointed. I read the reviews. I’m surprised this was not mentioned in more reviews. The star rating should be much lower. Wayfair does get credit for saying they will fully refund the purchase and shipping price along with return shipping. I may order from wayfair again. But these chairs are not worth the trouble.

They are a cute, simple style. Just not a fan of the screw holes in the legs.
