Brought these chairs to go with new table (from Wayfair to) the chairs are absolutely lovely and fits with the table very well. Where easy to assemble. The seating is very big as pics don’t do it justice. Very happy

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but I’ve had nothing but issues with this order. Ordered 3 weeks ago and the delivery company “couldn’t find my address” and then marked it as delivered but also sent them back to Wayfair. When I’ve contacted Wayfair throughout this ordeal, they’ve lied countless times about the issue being sorted, contacting DHL to organise the delivery, adding my number to the delivery so DHL would call to help locate the address - none of which happened. Then when I was notified they were being returned to sender, I reached out to have a replacement sent. I was then told my order had been placed and I would receive it within 3 days. When I hadn’t had the confirmation email, I reached out again to query this to then be told the order was “under review” and I needed to wait 1-5 business days for it to be reviewed before they were being sent out. I ordered these as I needed them for a specific event, in plenty of time (4 weeks in advance) and I now won’t recieve them in time. I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded so I could just re-place the order to hopefully get them in time, and I’ve now been told that it can’t be cancelled because the order is waiting for review. All in all, a shocking experience and I wouldn’t advise anyone ordering.
