Back is rather poorly made

Initially I was impressed with the service we received in purchasing this item, and it indeed arrived very quickly, the delivery guys were very professional and all was well. We inspected the item quickly straight away and noticed a couple of small chips on the front edge and that the back board had not been stapled on properly. Still, we thought that the board can be fixed and the chips were minor, and we could live with it. We kept the unit covered up until we could put into the bedroom, but once we unwrapped it all fully, we noticed that one of the back support pieces was split all the way through, and one of the castors was not fitted properly. Also, and this not exactly a fault, but the inner linings to the carcass are all a different finish/pattern. Not the end of the world, but shows how cheaply made this product is. I have to say, that this is probably the worst piece of furniture I have bought, and that for the price, is very poorly finished and very poor value for money
