I was able to choose the delivery date which was convenient. I received a confirmation email followed by a reminder before the delivery date. The day before I received notice of the time for the 3 hour slot. On the day I was contacted by the driver to say he would be there in half an hour and he was. We paid to have it delivered to a room and all that happened as expected. My husband unpacked it and it was assembled within half an hour. I was nervous because I had never bought from Wayfair before. I bought the chaise because I have sciatica and I need to lay flat to relieve the pain. I was a bit concerned that this chaise was much cheaper than many others and that it might be a bit fragile or the fabric might be an odd colour but honestly it is really stable, it looks really good and the seat is supportive yet comfy. I am both surprised and happy with my purchase. What a bargain moreover it allows me to sit and watch TV but if my hip starts I can lay down.
