Rating ⭐⭐ ⭐(3 stars strictly for the pretty privilege.
If you are a woman currently looking at this wardrobe and thinking, How hard could it be—stop right there, you little rascal! Take a deep breath, close the tab, and go do something less painful, like DIY dental surgery or filing your taxes early.
The only reason I bought this beast was for the aesthetic. It is officially the toxic ex of wardrobes it looks stunning in photos, but it’s high-maintenance, fragile, and will let you down the moment you trust it with your heavy coats or all those dresses you keep buying (because let’s be real, nothing else excites us like the vision of a hot summer and the 47 outfits we’ve already prepared. I see you, girl!).
I assembled this creature by myself a year ago. If you are an I can do it all by myself woman just like me, consider this a warning. I would only recommend this experience if you are profoundly bored, hate yourself, or are looking for a challenge that involves questioning every life choice you’ve ever made. It’s not just furniture it’s a test of spiritual fortitude that I failed.
If you’re the type who likes to rearrange your bedroom layout whenever the mood strikes—forget it. This wardrobe is heavy enough to have its own gravitational pull. Once you’ve birthed this thing into existence, do not—under any circumstances—try to move it. If you shift it even an inch, the whole structure starts to contemplate a structural divorce. Once it’s built, that is its final resting place until the heat death of the universe.
Every time I look at this beast, I am reminded of my moment of weakness and questionable confidence. I didnt know I could hurt my own feelings just by giving in to the fantasy of a perfect relationship with this questionable creature. I expected a piece of furniture, not a project that requires a structural engineer and a priest to keep it standing.
Save your money, your sanity, and your floorboards. Look elsewhere. She’s pretty, but she’s a soul-crusher.
