I initially had an issue with the wardrobe as one of the parts arrived bent, which caused a gap along the side when assembled. I contacted customer service, and the manufacturer promptly got in touch and resolved the issue. I’m very pleased with the excellent customer service and how quickly the problem was handled.. This a is big wardrobe, tip. when you build it make sure its assembled so when you raise it, its facing the right way, ov3erall well priced and value for money, I found the wood quality good, the instructions initially were confusing as they showed the same thing twice, I quickly realised it was showing it in reverse, so try not confuse yourself. The door alightment I had to do it in increments so to not overdo it, as I wanted my door gap a little tighter.. Anonymous. London. Wed Jun 17 2026
