This is, without exaggeration, the worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased. From the very start, the experience was a disaster. First, the shipping was significantly delayed. Despite being told multiple times by Wayfair that the item had already been dispatched, it took several follow-up calls for someone from the team to finally inform us that the shipment had been cancelled. A new delivery date had to be arranged, which pushed the arrival back by roughly 6–7 weeks. When the wardrobe eventually arrived, the problems only worsened. There were no printed assembly instructions, only a QR code linking to a document on Google Drive which was a poor excuse for instructions. Rather than a clear step by step guide, it vaguely showed how each piece fits together. To make matters worse, none of the parts (including screws) were labelled, and almost every panel was missing pre-drilled holes, apart from the doors. Building this wardrobe was pure guesswork. The quality of this item is absolutely appalling. The wood splintered and snapped with minimal pressure, screws were difficult to insert, and several pieces chipped in the process. Do not buy this wardrobe under any circumstances. It is cheaply made, badly designed, and an absolute waste of money. If I could give it 0 stars I would.. Ayah. Sheffield, GB. Sat Aug 09 2025

This is a very well made Wardrobe and is a very nice piece of furniture. All the pieces fitted together perfectly. The only thing that spoild it was the stick on doorshut proctors. I don't recommend this product and will give a bad review. The reasons are: 1. This wardrobe is super heavy, but it looks not solid. It is not stable on the flooring. 2. It is super difficult to install. The installation guide is simplified and they skip a lot process. I have to guess how to install. I used whole day to install it. 3. The installation guide is wrong. It said that item 7 and item 9 shall fix together; item 8 and item 10 shall fix together. But I found it is wrong when it is nearly finished. I have to uninstall and change them to the correct position. 4. The front door is not real bamboo and rattan weaving, it is sticker, attching on the wooden door. It looks fake and cheap. 5. The wardrobe rail is too long. They didn't consider the thickness of wardrobe rail holder bracket therefore the rail cannot put on the holder bracket. I don't have tools to cut the rail therefore now it is not horizontal in my wardrobe. 6. The position of hole and screw stud are not match. Therefore I cannot install two pieces together. I have to use the electric drill driver to make the hole bigger and fit with screw stud. By the way, the wood door is super heavy and solid so it is not easy to drill a bigger hole. I spent a lot of time on it. 7. In the installation guide, it doesn't recommend to use electric drill driver but I will say it is impossible to just use hand tool screwdriver. We only constructed the wardrobe 5 days ago, so I can only really comment on that. Easy enough to construct as long as you check all the parts before you start. Wardrobe turned up damaged after being delivered in damaged boxes and no instructions. Have to now wait 1-2 days for instructions to be emailed so I can then order new pieces so I can build my wardrobe. I’m 7 months pregnant and is a hassle I don’t need. Cleared my bedroom ready for the build and now having to wait due to Wayfair customer services not being all that helpful.
