Wardrobe turned up damaged after being delivered in damaged boxes and no instructions. Have to now wait 1-2 days for instructions to be emailed so I can then order new pieces so I can build my wardrobe. I’m 7 months pregnant and is a hassle I don’t need. Cleared my bedroom ready for the build and now having to wait due to Wayfair customer services not being all that helpful. I’ve bought from here before and never had a problem but this time round I’m extremely disappointed! Product looks good based on undamaged pieces but couldn’t say otherwise. Anonymous. Not yet able to assemble this as after multiple changes in the delivery date, this was finally delivered, box already damaged and edges of all three panels chipped. Now replacement parts dispatched without communication, and delivery date while I on holiday. When I noted that I will not be able to receive it they asked me to ask a neighbour to take in three 1.80x1m panels weighing 70kg which were originally carried by two delivery men and supposed to be delivered to room of choice!. This wardrobe doesn’t look like the picture it’s bright grey, not white and the quality is very very low. I’m working with a handyman for 12 years that struggled to build it, apart from the fact it arrived without any instructions and with damages in almost all the pieces of it as you can see from the picture. Wir haben uns auf einen schlichten und schönen Schiebetürschrank gefreut. Die Verpackung, sowie der Schrank selbst wurden mit Beschädigungen angeliefert. Wir, Handwerker, haben den Schrank trotzdem aufgebaut und haben zu zweit dafür 5 Stunden benötigt. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist miserabel und unbrauchbar. Der Schrank weißt Beschädigungen und ausgefranste Schnittkanten auf. Einige Kanten sind nicht mit einem Umleimer belegt, sondern rohe Spanplatte. Sehr viele Löcher muss man selbst einmessen und vorbohren. Die Rückwand schließt oben und unten bündig mit den Seitenwangen ab, in der Mitte steht sie jedoch über. Somit machen die Wangen einen Bauch nach innen. Die Schiebetüren sind kaum Einsetzbar, da die Rollen und Gleiter sehr schlecht in die Schienen einzusetzen sind. Die Türen schließen unten mit den Seitenwangen ab, oben jedoch nicht. Die Optik ist bei Weitem nicht so schön, wie auf den Bildern von Wayfair dargestellt. Die Aluminium-Schienen dominieren und der Schrank wirkt billig. Wir haben den Schrank zu diesem teuren Preis bestellt, da wir uns eine vernünftige Qualität erhofften.
