With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. I'm tall, 5'10", my long legs are also comfortable on the seat, and at its lowest position my feet and knees are in perfect alignment. Putting it together was OK...half an hour, the instruction stage 4 is a little unclear - when fitting part I to the seat, it slightly overlaps part H to line up the screw holes.
