Perfect sofa, compact enough for a smaller space but still roomy when sitting. Easy and quick to assemble- does require 2 people to slide the backrest into place. The arms are very solid, with less cushioning, but with a couple of pillows added are fine. Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. Really like this sofa for the price. Very easy to set up and clear instructions. Agree that it is a little firm to begin with but it does soften very quickly.
