Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. Terrible. The sofa was delivered and did not have the legally required fire safety labels. This was important as the furniture was for a holiday chalet. Wayfair initially said they would get the compliance documentation but never did. To ensure the stability of the product, we have retained the complete oak, so the texture of the oak will make each product unique. To avoid wear, we added anti-skid pads on the bottom of the four feet.

I am happy with this little sofa now it is assembled. However when it arrived in an open damaged box I was expecting parts missing or broken. I was wrong it was all there and not damaged. Although one of the bolts had a worn thread which my husband managed to rethread. It was very tricky to assemble as the screw holes did not align.
