I received this island on Friday 10 April 2026 - both marble inserts for the top were cracked in half, I appreciate these items could have been damaged in transit but Wayfair are advising they are unable to send replacement tops only and blaming the supplier, they have offered to replace the entire unit despite the large unit being undamaged and the marble inserts arriving in a seperate damaged package. Further they have advised I would need to arrange the return of these items which are more than 100 kilos as they are unable to arrange collection. Still trying to resolve and stuck with an island with no top at present. I would highly recommend not purchasing any large good from this merchant. Extremely stressful and so far unresolved..
