Absolutely shocking. I purchased this item for our new house kitchen, when arrived one of the drawers was faulty and it did not close,as it remains open half way. We took a photo and a video and raised a complaint to wayfair. They came back after few weeks saying they can’t supply us with a new runners for the drawer but they can send us a new island and we have to package and resend the one we have. Now we are talking about 140 plus kg. How stupid is that and how is it our fault??? Well Wayfair customer service trying to tell me this is a supplier problem and I should deal with them directly. Did I buy from the supplier directly or from Wayfair. Unfair and unprofessional and this needs to be addressed by Wayfair ASAP. People be very careful when buying from this online company as they take no responsibility. Wayfair I will wait for your response before I take it further legally.. Samira. Exning Newmarket, GB.
