OMG - the most comfortable chair ever, I love it. I bought this because it can be quite low, but it goes very high compared to my other office chair and I’ve just bought an oak desk that is 80 cm high and I’m very short so I couldn’t reach it properly. Super easy to assemble, although I will say they make the instructions more complicated than necessary by saying “make sure the I is placed on the H”. Basically, when assembly the seat base, put H on and assemble, then put I on, it’s that easy. Cheap and nasty I'm afraid, might be ok for young teenagers/20 somethings, but for someone needing more support - a definite no-no. Additionally, the back was positioned really too far forward so you couldn't sit comfortably. Plus it was faulty - once the back was screwed on, the back went 'skewiff'. Returned for refund..
