Overall pleased with the final product and the instructions were fine to follow. One piece of negative feedback: there is a 'ridge' effect along the top of the island, that outlines the shape of the island. Its aesthetic, but it is already clogging up with crumbs etc. and because its on the edge of the island, everytime you try wipe it down, the crumbs get caught. Two of the castors can be fixed with a parking brake so that the table cannot roll away. Please note that the table can only be moved on level, firm ground. Otherwise, the castors may be damaged. The work table offers extra storage space: Smaller tools and devices can be stored in the two drawers, while larger items can be stored on the two shelves. The drawers have metal handles embedded in the wood. The shelves have small grooves between the individual boards to prevent waterlogging. The entire table is pre -treated with a water -based protective wood finish. For the final treatment, it must be painted either with a colourless glaze or another weatherproof paint to ensure permanent protection against moisture. Please note that this is a natural product. The colour gradient can therefore be slightly different for each piece. The specified dimensions of 107 x 56 x 85cm are external dimensions including the handle for pushing the serving table.
