A traditional office chair is hard for me to sit in for long periods because my left leg will start to go numb. But I can sit cross-legged in this one and its so much more comfortable. The instructions say you can use it for a yoga chair as well so I cant wait to try it out for that. The wheels roll smoothly and it goes up and down easily.
