Wayfair communication was excellent.. from my phone call to keeping me updated when delivery was scheduled for. Even the delivery guys were very helpful indeed. The sofa fits our space in the living room. Seating slightly hard but expect through time with people sitting on the cushions it will be reduced somewhat. Regards the Sofa bed, it’s made up ready with sheet & duvet in place ready to use in the next couple of days. So fingers crossed is will be comfortable. Though I do envisage having to buy a mattress topper. The Beige linen blend does look good but we’ve taken the precaution of using sofa covers because the dog likes it too! Seems to be his new bed!. The sofa is very smart the colour is great but the back leans inwards so sitting on it is not as comfortable as I had hoped. Nor is the top wood piece easy to to put on as the dowels do not fit to the holes and I had to carefully fiddle with it for quite some time as the material around it is easily ripped. If I were this company I would be reinforcing the material around the holes for the dowels and doing a better job of ensuring they line up exactly. I like the sofa but would not buy another.. Sherry.
