We researched your wide selection of various desks, and were assisted immensely with the detailed specifications and reviews. Accurate measurements were important and these were all available to allow us to finalise on our choice of the White Simone Desk.
Delivery time was excellent! Ordered on the 9th October 2023,; estimated delivery was the 19th October; Actual delivery was 13th October, with the delivery driver telephoning to advise his 5-10 minutes arrival time! Excellent! The very pleasant driver and his colleague off-loaded the well packaged desk into our garage, as requested.
Excellently packaged, the desk parts, well identified, were immediately carried upstairs, to our home office, for the assembly operation.
The detailed Assembly Brochure for the desk was explicit and straightforward to follow. Whilst the assembly instructions recommended that two people should assemble the desk, I did manage to complete the whole assembly myself.
I did not encounter any difficulty in following the detail assembly instructions. All assembled parts were clearly identified. There was no discrepancy in the supply of assembly parts. Being a practical person, adept with my hands, I was able to complete a careful and studied assembly in approximately 3 hours. The only initial difficulty I experienced was with the unfamiliar engagement of part A22 to part A23. However, I soon developed the technique and negated my initial difficulty.
The assembled Simone Desk is excellent for our Home Office arrangement and requirements. It provides a bright, neat and tidy arrangement for our TV and Computer, with our Router located behind the computer screen. Positioned comfortably below the desk, are our shredder and printer The ample and spa+ious desk area accommodates our needs admirably.
