Poor quality. The arm material isn't stretched properly on one arm. The overall asthetic is good but the actual chair itself is poor. Wayfairs answer was to offer my about £70 refund which I've declined and they are now shipping a new seat for the chair. The chair also sits quite low and could do with a better gas lift mechanism. One of the screws was very hard to put in. Leather is decent and not slippery. The construction is very sturdy, all metal. It's stiffer than I expected although that might change with time. Descent chair bought to work from home. It was easy enough to assemble on my own. I now use it on a full time basis. I find it is comfortable and provides good back support. The adjustable armrests provide good support also and as a result my shoulder and neck pain is lessened.
