Cement

This unusual and elaborate chest is made from mango wood. The interesting exterior and the wood give this compact piece of furniture a shine. The natural raw material wood is a by-product of the mango harvest and has been reworked, revealing a vintage effect. Abrasions on the surface as well as holes that have been added to resemble worm holes give the chest its own charm. The metal elements, applique and the iron rail on which the sliding door runs give this chest an industrial look.

It's somewhat hard to take in all the extravagant details on this combi chest within the first look. At first, the dark metal elements stand out, offering a contrast to the mango wood.
