Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. Waited over multiple days for the entire thing to be delivered. 3 separate boxes over 3 separate days so it wasted a lot of my time by not being able to do anything with it until all 3 boxes had arrived. Just save time, energy, and money by making it all as one delivery please! The sofa bed itself is a nice product. Lovely colour, robust material, spacious, and comfy to sit on as a sofa but a little hard to lie on as a bed. It definitely takes 2 people to put it together - and all the fixings were mixed up in the wrongly labelled bags! Luckily we worked it out and managed to put the sofa bed together. Looks lovely but beware, this sofa bed to sit on is very firm! Whilst there are cup holders in the drop down arm/middle section, you can’t fit a standard size mug to sit in as the handle of the mug is the same level as the side of the cup holder! You can fit a glass in though, so all’s not lost! The arms are detached & are just placed in position at each end of the sofa, so fall off onto rte floor when you move about in the sofa. The sofa arrived on time and the delivery was a good experience as the men were friendly and did take care with the huge box. It was a bit difficult to find the hidden parts but in the end all parts were found. The brackets for the sides needed a bit moving what wasn't a problem but shouldn't have happend, we got two left sides. The colour and material are exactly as the picture shows on the website. Not the best Sofa bed out there in the market but one of the cheapest options I could find. Feels a little bit flimsy and the bed conversion system could have been more effective. One needs to be rather mindful to place the support rods properly. But is nonetheless ok for occasional use. The little storage is handy to throw in the spare pillows and duvet. Assembling the backrest onto the base unit during the setup was a bit of nightmare. Personally, I would recommend check out the Clic clac sofa beds on Wayfair.
