I requested I want to know how to raise a formal complaint. He said he needs to do this on my behalf and I am excluded from knowing the outcome. The wood slats have tiny gaps so it is slightly see through if you stand close enough to it, but it's perfect to hang some sumptuous over for extra privacy, say in the boudoir. And not hideously ugly, because I also had to store it in my home when not in use. The specs were high and a product like this is surprisingly hard to come by. Bought this and it's perfect. Really well made, it looks classy, and it is very stable. And from a practical point of view, it comes ready made so all you need to do is take it out of the packaging.
