no clear instructions at all, there’s no labels on each parts so we don’t know which parts matches the ones in the book which is silly as the job would have been easier with each wood piece labelled and less time consuming. Wood quality is poor and it’s taken my mother in law ages to do this!. Fazza. Middleton. Thu Apr 03 2025

Looks great and seems sturdy. The doors slide really nicely. Very easy to put together, only needed one person. My only slight gripe is that the hole in the back board for cable management isn’t quite big enough. Some plugs can squeeze through but the one from the extension lead I wanted to use just wouldn’t fit (I wouldn’t say it’s an unusually big plug). But overall that’s not enough for me to give less than 5*. Anonymous. Tue Sep 16 2025

Sometimes the measure of a business is not how it worked when things go smoothly, but when things go (a liitle) wrong. I ordered the above unit and it came by 3.30 the following day. Much to our disappointment, when it was unpacked we found it was damaged. Following a call to Wayfair, I was informed the unit would be picked up the next day and replaced as soon as possible. The person on the phone was reassuring and efficient. The unit was collected at 9.00 the following morning and 5 days later we received a perfect replacement. We actually delayed delivery as my husband's birthday intervened. I love the unit, it is well made and modern in appearance. If I had ordered a similar one locally it would have had to wait 6 weeks..
