Sometimes the measure of a business is not how it worked when things go smoothly, but when things go (a liitle) wrong. I ordered the above unit and it came by 3.30 the following day. Much to our disappointment, when it was unpacked we found it was damaged. Following a call to Wayfair, I was informed the unit would be picked up the next day and replaced as soon as possible. The person on the phone was reassuring and efficient. The unit was collected at 9.00 the following morning and 5 days later we received a perfect replacement. We actually delayed delivery as my husband's birthday intervened. I love the unit, it is well made and modern in appearance. If I had ordered a similar one locally it would have had to wait 6 weeks.. I love the barn-look wooden-like design… my only complaint would be the instructions… I’ve assembled these type of furniture very well and it usually takes an hour or so, with this one I messed up 2 times and had to unscrew and position again because of the pictures in the instructions not showing important details like the little opening where the screws should go in some pictures (this is super important at the end or the drawers won’t be lined up and won’t enter ) but in general I would give it 5 stars because there is no lies, it’s exactly as described and for the price is a fair deal..
