[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Teamson Home Tremolo 6-drawer dresser arrived in perfect condition with all necessary hardware included. While I noticed a strong, unusual odor upon unboxing that clung to the pieces, the final product feels solid and high-quality. Assembly was a bit of a challenge; the instructions were unclear in sections, and the process took over four hours to complete. Visually, the dresser is beautiful, and its versatile design complements my bedroom decor perfectly. However, there are some functional drawbacks. I wish the six drawers were deeper to accommodate more clothing, and the 'push-to-open' mechanism is inconsistent, often making it a hassle to access my items. Dresser capacity is larger than anticipated. Drawers pull out smoothly and i am surprised how much i liked the handles. The assembly was simple to follow. The pieces were all labeled clearly (even the screws), so there was no question on what each step includes. Assembly did take a few hours but not due to frustration. The item is design well and is solid when constructed which is why is has 4 stars. Unfortunately there was a small dent on the front and a chip on the side. The spacious chest of drawers from my home brings plenty of storage space into your own four walls. It is equipped with several drawers in which documents, items of clothing or small items can be stored.

Only one star for the product but five stars for the excellent wayfair returns policy, allowing a discount if the customer does not want to exchange or repair a damaged product. From experience with others I anticipated a big fight to get some recompense for an inferior product but wanted to avoid having to dismantle the unit to repack and return. The damage was unsightly but in the position it is used that will be ok for the discounted price. Well done for a very efficient, easy to use procedure to compensate quickly.. Charles.
