Initially when I received the parcel, I was slightly doubtful about assembling the various pieces to build the chair. I needn’t have worried. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The only tool required, was the Allan key provided. Assembling it was surprisingly easy and the finished result lived up to expectations. Previous reviews have mentioned how comfortable the chair is. Comfortable, supports my back & thighs. The heat pad heats my lower back & the massage mode is for the back, lower back & thighs which is very relaxing after working all day. The colour (brown) is deep and matches with my other furniture and the construction is very good. I’m m happy with this chair. I especially like the lumbar support and headrest. They are comfortable and provide strong support for my waist and head. I had a different office chair before, but it couldnt support my head and waist properly it was just a simple home office chair. This chair is a big improvement from what I was using before - back support, arm rests, head rest, leather cushions and it's really comfy! I work 10+ hours a day so it's really what I need! This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed.
