This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. Eventually had to request full refund (and was still required to go to the trouble of packaging the whole thing up and returning it!) Would not recommend at all.. Natalie. Brierley Hill, GB. Comfortable all day but I had to change the gas strut for a taller one as the original was too short plus the back on one chair does not remain at tallest setting. We ordered 2x chairs and both had nearly escaped their boxes by the time they were delivered.. Neil. GB. Tue Sep 29 2020
