OMG - the most comfortable chair ever, I love it. I bought this because it can be quite low, but it goes very high compared to my other office chair and I’ve just bought an oak desk that is 80 cm high and I’m very short so I couldn’t reach it properly. Super easy to assemble, although I will say they make the instructions more complicated than necessary by saying “make sure the I is placed on the H”. Basically, when assembly the seat base, put H on and assemble, then put I on, it’s that easy. Amazing, it fits my size as a woman! I’ve had a lot of problems finding a chair that isn’t huge for me. Usually chair seats hit the back of my lower leg causing my legs to go numb. This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed.
