Amazing, it fits my size as a woman! I’ve had a lot of problems finding a chair that isn’t huge for me. Usually chair seats hit the back of my lower leg causing my legs to go numb. But this chair leaves space so my legs don’t get numb while sitting. Also, the quality is amazing, that’s why I included close ups of the parts. This is an everyday operator chair suited to all environments - from call centres to the home office. The backrest can be reclined and locked in any position or be used for permanent contact and support. Perfect for the all day operator requirement.

This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed.
