I’m m happy with this chair. I especially like the lumbar support and headrest. They are comfortable and provide strong support for my waist and head. I had a different office chair before, but it couldnt support my head and waist properly it was just a simple home office chair. Recently, Ive been experiencing gradually increasing pain in my neck and waist, and I realized that I needed to change my office chair for the sake of my health. So, I chose this chair. This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. I had a back hip injury some time ago so I need a comfortable chair. I tried using a gaming chair since the foot rest is also an option with that kind of chair. But this right here is much more comfortable. If your a short guy the footrest might not pull out enough, or might just make it, so know that.
