Well, this sofa has truly exceeded my expectations! Having just moved to a new property I set my heart on a Corner sofa settee from DFS for our 2nd lounge/ occasional overnight guest bed….but sadly 8cm too small to fit up my stairs. I found this sofa which was able to fit through our tricky access. My husband was so impressed to build it “Plastic covers over the threads on the legs, so they don’t get damaged”….if that floats your boat! Love how the sofa has secret compartments under the sofa which all the attachments arrived in…nice and handy to store valuable jewellery when on holiday perhaps? Wonderful-looking sofa produced in high quality and durable fabric. The seats have well filled foam cushions. All sofas are made with a quality hardwood frame that has been kiln-dried, glued, and reinforced.

Exactly as described, easy and straight forward set up. The seat is firm, lovely cushions. The ottoman and sofa bed are as seen in the photo. It made such a difference to my living room. DO NOT BUY Update, it’s December, it gets worse, sometimes the footrest gets caught on the tiled floor and causes the sofa to judder, the foot plate doesn’t close properly and today I found a nut from the mechanism on the floor. I am disabled and can’t get under it or take it apart to find out where it fell off. I really hate it. It looks good but the reclining mechanism is noisy and makes a breaking wind noise that I hoped would stop after it wore in but it’s as loud as ever. Update, the sound is awful, it’s September and if anything it’s worse. Recliner mechanism is just as noisy operating with no one sitting in it. I dislike this sofa a lot now so have downgraded it to a 2 star. I really wish I had bought something else.
