I’m m happy with this chair. I especially like the lumbar support and headrest. They are comfortable and provide strong support for my waist and head. I had a different office chair before, but it couldnt support my head and waist properly it was just a simple home office chair. OMG - the most comfortable chair ever, I love it. I bought this because it can be quite low, but it goes very high compared to my other office chair and I’ve just bought an oak desk that is 80 cm high and I’m very short so I couldn’t reach it properly. Super easy to assemble, although I will say they make the instructions more complicated than necessary by saying “make sure the I is placed on the H”. Basically, when assembly the seat base, put H on and assemble, then put I on, it’s that easy.
