(In my opinion they have packed small bed slats In a small double pack), got In touch with customer services who said the parts I needed were out of stock. So they sent me a replacement bed. New bed arrived and exactly the same problem. Contacted them for a full refunded. Now have 4 heavy boxes and no bed. Waiting for them to organise collection.
