OMG - the most comfortable chair ever, I love it. I bought this because it can be quite low, but it goes very high compared to my other office chair and I’ve just bought an oak desk that is 80 cm high and I’m very short so I couldn’t reach it properly. Super easy to assemble, although I will say they make the instructions more complicated than necessary by saying “make sure the I is placed on the H”. Basically, when assembly the seat base, put H on and assemble, then put I on, it’s that easy. Comfortable, supports my back & thighs. The heat pad heats my lower back & the massage mode is for the back, lower back & thighs which is very relaxing after working all day. This is nice solid chair with a great MCM look. It is very comfortable and I can sit in it for long stretches working with great back support. The faux leather is soft and looks real. The color is more taupe than grey. The only negative is that the base is a hard plastic sprayed to look like wood and it chips pretty easy exposing the white plastic underneath if you hit the desk when you swivel the chair. Once you assemble the legs together, you install the swivel mechanism and that’s pretty much it. Good lower back support and an interesting combo of materials. The legs are bent wood and not plywood.
