This is a sturdy piece of furniture and fits our needs perfectly since my husband has continued to work from home. However, I would have liked the Tower piece to have the option of a shelf and for the separate pieces to be absolutely flush next to each. Designed with your health in mind, this convertible height-adjustable standing desk makes it easy to stretch your legs as you tackle the day’s to-dos. For looks, this desk features a clean-lined silhouette with weathered wood tops for a hint of rustic. Set on ball-bearing glides for smooth operation, two top drawers hold pens, paper clips, and more, while a bottommost drawer accommodates hanging file folders. The best part? A lift top converts to a standing desk that keeps your spine happy.

it took me 5 hours to assemble. 2 people works better than 1 as the top layer is heavy and awkward to place . lifting part works great, smooth, easy to open and close for a standing work place. drawers open and close with ease. but, it not easy . nice challenge though.
