Really disappointed. The delivery box showed no signs of damage, however, the desk pieces are bumped and chipped, the overall finish is also very rough. One corner of the desk is particularly bad and the other corner shows a white lump which looks like a repair has been attempted. Poor quality and should never have been despatched. Jaclyn Mackinnon. London, GB. Wed Jan 14 2026

Total waste of time as the assembly instructions were useless, they sent a wrong part, the customer service was worse than dealing with a bot. Sent it back, all I got for my money (they kept 4.99 for return fee even though all their fault) was hours of hassle followed by 2 hours trying to get sense out of customer nonservice know nothing. Arranged pickup day and they didn't even manage that but came day early, good thing I had it packed (half hour job!). TOTAL RUBBISH !!!!. Anonymous. Thu Jun 19 2025
