The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. I had a back hip injury some time ago so I need a comfortable chair. I tried using a gaming chair since the foot rest is also an option with that kind of chair. But this right here is much more comfortable. If your a short guy the footrest might not pull out enough, or might just make it, so know that.
