The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. This product is a nice shade of blue but that is the only good thing I have to say about it. The upholstery is done ooorly and with cheap staticky material. The plastic is also very cheap and ugly.
