Poor quality. The arm material isn't stretched properly on one arm. The overall asthetic is good but the actual chair itself is poor. Wayfairs answer was to offer my about £70 refund which I've declined and they are now shipping a new seat for the chair. The chair also sits quite low and could do with a better gas lift mechanism. OMG - the most comfortable chair ever, I love it. I bought this because it can be quite low, but it goes very high compared to my other office chair and I’ve just bought an oak desk that is 80 cm high and I’m very short so I couldn’t reach it properly. Super easy to assemble, although I will say they make the instructions more complicated than necessary by saying “make sure the I is placed on the H”. Basically, when assembly the seat base, put H on and assemble, then put I on, it’s that easy.
