I'm really impressed with the service given by Wayfair and Inbox Zero! When assembling my chair, I found step 5 to be confusing and as a result, I needed to remove two bolts to make corrections, but the bolts pulled out the inner screw nuts with them. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. Feels very sturdy, and the material is nice. the instructions are a bit unclear, it says to attacehd the chair back bracket on top of the adjuster bracket, however i think it is supposed to say underneath, as this fits better for the size of screw and makes it more secure. I'm very happy with this stylish office chair. The back rest is perfect, my lumber region fitting perfectly into the curves. I'm tall, 5'10", my long legs are also comfortable on the seat, and at its lowest position my feet and knees are in perfect alignment. Putting it together was OK...half an hour, the instruction stage 4 is a little unclear - when fitting part I to the seat, it slightly overlaps part H to line up the screw holes. Arrived super quick! Easy to assemble! Wider than I realised but that’s actually fine because I sometimes like to sit crossed legged at the desk when I’m in my thinking mode. It feels comfortable to sit in (it’s only been a couple of days so time will tell), my favourite bit is that it swivels, again I like to swivel my chair while I’m in thinking mode .
