When I started constructing this piece of furniture I noted that there were a couple of chips in the veneer. I was unhappy with this but decided I didn't think they were unsightly enough to warrant returning the whole piece of furniture. I complained through Wayfair and Birlea who produce the item responded very quickly and professionally. I discussed with them what I felt a reasonable fair resolution would would be and they agreed immediately without argument. I feel the level of customer service was very good (particularly compared to recent experiences I've had with other furniture retailers such as Sofology), and I would happily buy other products from them in future. Great buy. Bought them more than 6th month ago and waited to post review. Did change handles on metal ones cause it comes with plastic ones as you see from a foto different looking. Assemble is very straight forward. Spacing between drawers is even great buy for such money. But would recommend to get some extra wood glue, the one they provide is to little.
