Feels very sturdy, and the material is nice. the instructions are a bit unclear, it says to attacehd the chair back bracket on top of the adjuster bracket, however i think it is supposed to say underneath, as this fits better for the size of screw and makes it more secure. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. Arrived super quick! Easy to assemble! Wider than I realised but that’s actually fine because I sometimes like to sit crossed legged at the desk when I’m in my thinking mode.
