Recieved a small double bed and the headboard slats were too small to fit across. (In my opinion they have packed small bed slats In a small double pack), got In touch with customer services who said the parts I needed were out of stock. So they sent me a replacement bed. New bed arrived and exactly the same problem. Contacted them for a full refunded. Now have 4 heavy boxes and no bed. Waiting for them to organise collection. Faulty product delivered with no compensation offered. The delivered product was missing two planks, which support the stability of the board when attached to the bed. I reached out to customer support, who first apologised for it, but only offered 20% discount in a future purchase as compensation (why would I want to but anything else from them?). After insisting on further compensation, the customer support agents changed their argument, saying that the missing parts were never supposed to be shipped as apparently weren't part of the current version of the product. If this is true (which I highly doubt), it makes the product flimsy. I would not recommend to buy at all. Lastly, the customer support only offered me a refund if the product was returned, which happened after I had invested time in assembling the product. Annoying to say the least. I do not recommend the product nor buying from Wayfair in general. This is one of the worst customer support interactions I've ever had.. Anonymous. Mon Apr 22 2024
