I weigh reviews heavily when looking to purchase furniture online. And I’m glad I did because this chair got really good reviews and I am very happy with it. It is deep, so shorter people may find a back cushion more comfortable. I really like the fabric, the style and it rolls really well. Instructions so so but if you look closely at the pictures it’s not too bad. Note you will need to lift the fabric which is attached by Velcro in order to get to the screw holes on the bottom cushion. Janelle. Tucson, AZ. Thu Apr 02 2026

Very uncomfortable! the armrests are positioned too far out on the sides and in front so cannot rest my arms on them as it would be uncomfortable. The seat depth is too short, it feels like i'm about to slip off the chair! Very unhappy with this product... Shahnaz. Streetly Sutton Coldfield, GB. Fri Jan 05 2018

Excellent desk chair for what i do with it. I wouldn’t suggest it if you were to put it in an office or use it as a home office where you are sitting in it for 8-12 hours a day. I use it as a random web surfer, and an extra seat when having extra friends over. AIt matches the rest of my furniture. A high-quality popular everyday operator ergonomic office chair that looks similar to market alternatives but has upgraded foam density, thicker foam, and a hard-wearing fabric back and seat. The permanent contact back mechanism means the seat can move up and down and the back of the chair can be tilted and locked to find a position that suits, or left to free float and be in permanent contact with your back.

I’ve not tried it for long yet but it seems very comfortable so far, and good value for money. A doddle to put together - I didn’t even need a screwdriver as there are no screws. It slotted together in under five minutes. The up and down mechanism works well and the tilts well too. The only reason I’m not giving it the full five stars is that there’s no retaining screw on the back, which means if you move it by the back it can slide up a bit but it’s not a big issue. The only other complaint is that the seat needs more padding to be truly comfortable if you're on it for any length of time.. Michael. Motherwell, GB. Fri Jul 03 2020
