This is, without exaggeration, the worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased. From the very start, the experience was a disaster. First, the shipping was significantly delayed. Despite being told multiple times by Wayfair that the item had already been dispatched, it took several follow-up calls for someone from the team to finally inform us that the shipment had been cancelled. A new delivery date had to be arranged, which pushed the arrival back by roughly 6–7 weeks. When the wardrobe eventually arrived, the problems only worsened. There were no printed assembly instructions, only a QR code linking to a document on Google Drive which was a poor excuse for instructions. Rather than a clear step by step guide, it vaguely showed how each piece fits together. To make matters worse, none of the parts (including screws) were labelled, and almost every panel was missing pre-drilled holes, apart from the doors. Building this wardrobe was pure guesswork. The quality of this item is absolutely appalling. The wood splintered and snapped with minimal pressure, screws were difficult to insert, and several pieces chipped in the process. Do not buy this wardrobe under any circumstances. It is cheaply made, badly designed, and an absolute waste of money. If I could give it 0 stars I would.. Ayah. Sheffield, GB. Sat Aug 09 2025

Wardrobe turned up damaged after being delivered in damaged boxes and no instructions. Have to now wait 1-2 days for instructions to be emailed so I can then order new pieces so I can build my wardrobe. I’m 7 months pregnant and is a hassle I don’t need. Cleared my bedroom ready for the build and now having to wait due to Wayfair customer services not being all that helpful. I’ve bought from here before and never had a problem but this time round I’m extremely disappointed! Product looks good based on undamaged pieces but couldn’t say otherwise. Anonymous. Beautiful wardrobe and definitely well made. Was easy to put together and my other half did it by himself so it can be assembled by one person. The instructions are a little ridiculous though. Basically shows how to build the drawers and then the next step is to build the whole wardrobe. All in all though very happy with the wardrobe and it hold a lot of clothes. The cubbies are great but the drawers are a little small (I’d have liked if they could’ve been deeper). Personally wouldn’t order from wayfair again. Delivery was supposed to be on Wednesday 8th April but hadn’t even been despatched until that date. Was then delivered on the Thursday using DHL but for some reason they only delivered 1 of the 3 boxes and claimed that we’d ’refused delivery’ despite us taking in the one box. Luckily the rest were delivered next day. But it was a bit faffy for my liking. We were really pleased with the quality of the furniture however there were 2 parts missing, although by following the simple steps this was very easy to rectify by ordering the pieces we didn’t receive.
